Mariner Outboard Pull Start Why Won't The Key Ignition Switch Start My Outboard Motor?

Why won't the key ignition switch start my outboard motor? - mariner outboard pull start

Fire outboard motors to move the start of the string, but does not turn on the ignition. I was told that probably the fuse, solenoid valves or the ignition itself. I replaced the fuse (the son in a bundle that looks like a tablet was), so it should not be the problem. They do not know how to check (or add) the solenoid valve, and I'm not sure how to check the ignition or 8 Son of view. Suggestions or help would be very grateful.
