Are you sure that you are not pregnant? Frankly, I've never heard of such reactions or the courts with an odor from the washing machine.
But it seems that perhaps you have a problem with the form the dishwasher. You have a service-control-tech machine and also the area around the machine, maybe you have a leak that developed some rust on the inside of the wall or machine.
